Dr. Alexia Konko,
Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Konko is a Licensed Psychologist, earning her Doctor of Psychology Degree (Psy.D.) from The Rutgers School of Applied and Professional Psychology. During her graduate education, Dr. Konko completed a variety of training experiences, which included providing counseling services to individuals, children, families, and couples. She has worked in various school districts across the country as a school psychologist providing assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students and staff. Dr. Konko's post-doctoral training also included providing comprehensive evaluations and therapy to patients presenting with a wide variety of psychological disorders such as trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and more. Her pre-doctoral internship was at a school-based mental health clinic, where she provided counseling and behavioral services to ethnically and socioeconomically diverse K-12 students and families. She completed a practicum experience at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital’s Pediatric Psychology program. Dr. Konko also completed a dissertation entitled School Stakeholder Roles in Bullying Prevention to align with her school based interest and specialty. 

Dr. Konko utilizes integrative and holistic methods to heal her patients, such as meditation, mindfulness, exercise and nutrition. She is a Certified Youth Nutrition Specialist and believes that the food we eat has a direct impact on our mental health. She believes in living life in the present, and that learning mindfulness practices can help you find happiness and contentment in the "now."

Kiersten Sangastiano,
Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

Kiersten is our Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, who is deeply passionate about integrative medicine and taking a holistic approach to using food as medicine. Kiersten was diagnosed with autoimmune and chronic illnesses that conventional medicine could not relieve, leading her to a path towards integrative holistic healing. She has a deep understanding of how to heal autoimmune diseases like interstitial cystitis, IBS, chronic fatigue, endometriosis, anxiety and depression. The food we eat has a direct effect on our mental health, brain function and our mood. Your health has a tremendous impact on your physical, mental, and emotional well-being! It’s among the most vital aspects of your life, and requires dedicated attention and care. Kiersten is a supportive mentor, helping others feel their best through individualized, sustainable, food and lifestyle changes that meet your unique needs and health goals. She works with clients to help them discover how to fuel their bodies, live a healthy lifestyle, and become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. Kiersten has also completed 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training and is an Angelic Reiki practitioner. Kiersten is an empathetic, compassionate and intuitive guide who is passionate about helping others.  Kiersten is so excited to work with you on your healing journey!
