Chronic Illness Support Group - Healing Together
Living with ongoing health challenges can feel isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming. Many people managing chronic illness are carrying far more than others realize: persistent fatigue, stress, frustration, brain fog, and the emotional toll of constantly “pushing through.” If you’ve ever felt unseen, unsupported, or stuck in survival mode, this group was created for you.
This small, ongoing virtual well-being support group is designed for individuals who need consistent, structured support, not just occasional coping tips. Here, you’ll connect with others who genuinely understand the daily realities of living with health concerns - without having to explain or justify your experience.
Through guided discussion and psychoeducation, you’ll learn practical, sustainable strategies to support your well-being, including:
- Building personalized self-care routines that are realistic and maintainable
- Using nutrition and lifestyle shifts to support healing and energy
- Applying CBT-based tools to manage health-related stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
- Practicing mindfulness techniques to reconnect with your body and regain a sense of control
This is an intimate, higher-touch group experience, intentionally kept small so you can receive the depth of support that’s often missing in traditional settings. With ongoing enrollment and a minimum 8-week commitment, the group allows time to build meaningful connections, accountability, and habits that actually stick.
Sessions are $77 per group, offering significant value through expert-guided support and community connection.
