Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations

Clarity. Understanding. A Path Forward.
When you or your child are struggling, unanswered questions can feel overwhelming. You may wonder: Is this ADHD, anxiety, depression, or something else? Are learning challenges making school or work harder than it needs to be? Could stress, fatigue, or chronic illness be impacting focus, memory, or mood? A psychological evaluation can provide answers and more importantly, a roadmap for what to do next.

Why Choose a Psychological Evaluation?
Evaluations offer more than a label or diagnosis. They provide a comprehensive picture of strengths, challenges, and needs; helping you or your child access the right supports at school, at work, and in daily life. My evaluations are designed to give you not only clarity, but also practical and holistic recommendations to move forward with confidence.

My Holistic Approach
Traditional testing often stops at scores and checklists. My approach is different. I integrate:
- Evidence-based assessments for ADHD, learning differences, mood, and anxiety.
- Mind-body considerations such as nutrition, sleep, stress, and medical conditions.
- Strengths-focused insights that highlight resilience alongside challenges.

This whole-person perspective ensures that recommendations are not only accurate, but also realistic, empowering, and sustainable.

Who Can Benefit from an Evaluation?
Children & Teens struggling with focus, behavior, or academic performance
College Students seeking clarity around ADHD, learning differences, or test accommodations
Adults wondering if difficulties with attention, memory, or mood have deeper roots
Individuals with Chronic Medical Conditions experiencing brain fog, fatigue, or mental health challenges connected to physical health
Anyone Seeking Clarity to guide therapy, educational planning, or life decisions.
