Tutoring & Learning Support Services
Build Skills. Strengthen Confidence. Unlock Potential.
At Sol Psychology, we understand that learning challenges rarely exist in isolation. A student struggling with reading may also feel stuck in writing. Difficulties with attention or processing can impact multiple areas of academic performance.
That’s why our tutoring services take an integrated, whole-child approach: supporting reading, writing, learning differences, and enrichment within one cohesive plan tailored to each student.
How We Support Students
We provide individualized tutoring that blends:
- Reading development (phonics, fluency, comprehension, critical thinking)
- Writing skills (organization, structure, grammar, and self-expression)
- Executive functioning support (focus, planning, task completion, study skills)
- Learning difference support (including dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and processing challenges)
- Enrichment opportunities for students ready to deepen and expand their skills
Rather than addressing these areas separately, we integrate them into each session based on what your child needs most in the moment.
Our Approach
We go beyond traditional tutoring by combining academic instruction with psychological insight.
Our sessions focus on:
- Identifying how each student learns best
- Building confidence alongside skill development
- Using evidence-based and multi-sensory strategies
- Strengthening both academic performance and emotional resilience
This approach helps students not only improve their skills, but also feel more capable, motivated, and independent.
